What do I have to do to get my free move?
First, find your new apartment. You can use our free online search, call us for free help, or just find one on your own. Then, before you sign any papers, remember that you MUST put "FREE MOVE TEXAS" in all place on all forms where it ask about a referrer. Apartment are very careful to protect their relationships with their locators. To make that easier for you, we have pre-filled a form that you can download. Just click the link at the bottom of this page. ALWAYS give us a call if you have any questions.

How can you offer a truly free move?
As licensed apartment locators in Texas, we are paid a commmission for new tenants we bring to apartment communities. We then use part of the commission to either provide your FREE MOVE or give you CASH BACK, depending on the amount of your lease. Our commission DOES NOT reduce any specials an apartment community might offer new tenants. You still get everything you would if you did everything on your own.

What if I put the wrong referrer on my forms?
You will NOT receive a free move unless the apartment community has FREE MOVE TEXAS listed as the referrer on your forms.
